Inside of the board there's a led strip(with many led lights on it) controlled by circuit board,change color automatically, and the cover  is a transparent acrylis board,you  write on it with colorized fluorescent pen,When the power supplier is on,the content on the acrylis board will reflect different colors accrodding to the led strip,when the power supplier is off,the content display the color itself.
